Because AHS IT Solutions sells services rather than physical products, our refund policy works differently from a typical retail store. This page explains when a refund applies and how to request one.
Every service is fixed-scope. If we can't deliver what was agreed within that scope, you're covered — see below.
What's Refundable
- Before work starts: full refund if you cancel before an engineer has been assigned or work has begun on your order.
- Service not delivered as scoped: if we fail to deliver the agreed scope of a service and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full or partial refund depending on work completed.
- Duplicate or accidental orders: refunded in full once verified.
Non-Refundable
- Services already delivered and approved by you
- Work completed within the agreed scope, even if you change your mind afterward
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domain registration, hosting, or paid plugin/theme licenses
- Monthly services (like SEO) for periods already worked, once that month's work has started
How to Request a Refund
Email ahsitservicess@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll review it against the scope agreed at checkout and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer — within 7–10 business days of approval.
